Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager

Frazer Jones is partnering with a global professional services organization to secure a highly skilled Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager.

This 11-month contract is based in central Belfast and offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 + Health + Pension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment processes across multiple professional business areas.
  • Ensure efficient recruitment processes, identify issues, and provide solutions.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment budget.
  • Drive talent acquisition through advertising and headhunting tactics to attract passive candidates.
  • Manage two junior team members, ensuring effective management and target achievement.
  • Deliver recruitment and resourcing projects.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Team to implement induction programs.
  • Support the early careers/graduate recruitment program (preferred, not essential).
Requirements:
  • Excellent academic background.
  • Curiosity and genuine passion for talent acquisition.
  • Background in in-house recruitment.
  • Strong legislation knowledge regarding recruitment and best-practice graduate resourcing strategies.

This organization operates a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 from home).
