**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head of Organisational Compliance to join our team at Oyster. As a compliance leader, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve operational efficiency and maintain the highest professional standards across the company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures to ensure we remain compliant with all relevant regulations.

• Training & Education: Train staff on compliance and company policies, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to best practices and industry standards.

• Risk Management: Identify and manage potential compliance risks, conducting regular audits and assessments to mitigate any potential threats.

• Regulatory Reporting: Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring we remain compliant with all relevant regulations.

• Advisory Role: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to executive leadership and other departments on compliance-related matters.

• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to compliance processes, striving for operational efficiency and excellence in all aspects of our business.

• Incident Response: Lead investigations and responses to any compliance-related issues, ensuring we respond promptly and effectively to any potential threats.
