Wholesale Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Wholesale Account Manager to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions. This exciting role requires managing and developing relationships with both new and existing vendors, including manufacturers, distributors, resellers, brokers, and end-users in Technology, Healthcare, and Green asset categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with local and international vendors to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Support new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Credit, Risk, and Payout, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Attend vendor sales meetings, deliver sales presentations, and sell financial solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Provide quotes, produce rate cards, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Meet personal sales targets for new relationships, proposals, and margins to contribute to business success.
  • Manage legal documentation and support the credit application process to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver sales training and attend trade events to promote finance solutions and build relationships.
  • Prepare monthly reports and maintain CRM systems like Salesforce to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong asset finance product knowledge, including Lease, HP, Loan, etc.
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to build strong vendor relationships.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel (mainly UK/Ireland) to meet with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to explain finance contracts and manage customer expectations to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in external customer meetings and vendor management to drive business growth and revenue.
