About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the pharmacy, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve specified goals and objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive performance and improve results.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Pharmacist in charge listed on the pharmacy state license.
  • Registration with the state PMP administrator for PMP access.
