We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As an IT Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of IT audit engagements, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with the IAS Internal Audit Methodology.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage IT audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Conduct audits in compliance with the IAS Internal Audit Methodology and document the work undertaken in a structured and clear manner.
- Prepare and present high-quality audit reports and closing meeting slides to communicate key messages to stakeholders.
- Apply judgment and propose recommendations to findings, written in a clear manner to facilitate completion.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and agree on audit reports.
- Capture agreed actions arising from IAS engagements and follow up in a timely manner to ensure completion.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or holding a CCAB qualification.
- CISA, CISM, or CISPP qualification would be highly advantageous.
- Significant experience conducting IT audit engagements independently in areas such as IT Strategy, User Access Management, Information Governance, IT Security, IT Resilience, and IT Project Delivery and Software Development.
- Experience of deploying innovative approaches to providing assurance of IT projects throughout its lifecycle.
- Some experience in the delivery of non-IT audits.
- Experience of operating in financial services and/or the public sector would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Prior experience of operating in a start-up environment would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of IIA standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, data analytical tools, and experience of working with audit model software would be a distinct advantage.
- An estimated salary range of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum.
- Additional benefits including a 10% cash allowance and a 10% bonus.
- A 10% non-contribution pension, 15% when you contribute 5%.
