About the Care Assistant (Nights) Role

As a Care Assistant at Country Court, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Supporting residents at meal times, ensuring they receive the nutrition and hydration they need.
  • Interacting with our residents on a personal level, building relationships and trust.
  • Maintaining and developing the residents' care plans, ensuring their needs are met and their preferences are respected.
About You

We are looking for individuals who share our values of compassion, empathy, and dedication to providing exceptional care. If you have:

  • Experience working night shifts and are comfortable with the demands of this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An understanding of people with dementia and the importance of person-centered care.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
