About the Role

We are looking for a junior-to-mid-level lawyer with a passion for social business and charity work. The ideal candidate will have corporate or commercial experience and be eager to develop their skills in this rewarding area of law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up charities, drafting governing documents, and advising on charities law
  • Work with prominent fundraisers, medium to start-up charities, corporate foundations, and philanthropists
  • Contribute to mergers or incorporations and other charity-related projects

Salary and Benefits
