We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Leader to support the Principal in providing whole Academy leadership and ensuring a whole Academy approach to school improvement with a particular focus on teaching and learning.

* Aid in the development of policies, decision-making processes, and strategic planning involved in the leadership and management of the Academy.
