Commercial Plumbing and Heating Installation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Plumbing and Heating Installation Manager to join our team at Carbon60. As a key member of our mechanical engineering division, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of mechanical services on a major new build hospital project in Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the project management team to deliver the mechanical services installation on time and within budget
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the self-delivery and subcontract mechanical services packages
  • Lead a team of up to 20 pipe fitters/commercial plumbers installing heating and plumbing services to the new build hospital
  • Ensure the installation meets the specification, engineering drawings, and programme of works

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of supervising high-value commercial plumbing and heating installations
  • Experience working in a live hospital environment
  • Supervisor level JIB Card with SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Ability to obtain SC Clearance

What We Offer

In return for your experience, you will receive a competitive hourly rate between £22.82 PAYE and £30.00 CIS per hour.
