What We Look For in a Culinary Director:

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to motivate and lead a team, showcasing their potential while setting a strong example. You will be responsible for developing, costing, and producing fresh seasonal menus that cater to our diverse revenue streams.

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional service through high-quality cuisine, either as a Culinary Director or in a Sous Chef role
  • A genuine passion for team leadership and development
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and health and safety protocols effectively
  • Creativity in designing and executing new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls over both food cost and labor
  • A proactive mindset towards driving sales and fostering growth through collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
