Job Title: Retail Business Intelligence Manager

Circana is seeking a highly skilled Retail Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and working closely with our analytics team to deliver key market share reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality market share reporting to clients, including multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a strong partnership and excellent communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the client business, including insights, buying, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Oversee the development of data integration solutions to improve data quality in our platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an insight and collaborative role, with a strong desire to be proactive and engaging with clients.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to work individually or as part of a small team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel to client offices as needed.
