About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1 to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Castle Douglas. As a key member of our 24/7 service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) needs, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

As a Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1, you will work closely with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized support plans that cater to their unique needs and goals. Your expertise and empathy will help create a safe and supportive environment, enabling our service users to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide person-centered care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
