At Haven, we're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Activities Team. As an Activities Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and educational activity experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct and supervise activities such as football, go-karts, boat hire, bike hire, golf courses, creative activities, Segways, climbing walls, and high ropes experiences.
  • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and a first-class service, allowing them to have a true 'escape from urban living' experience.
  • Engage with owners on park, actively socializing through attendance at owners' events and being highly visible and approachable on park.
  • Maintain and inspect activity equipment and associated environments to a high standard, with full training provided.
  • Assist with marketing and promoting all leisure activities and events.

Pay Rates:

£18 to £20 per hour for 18-20 year olds, £21+ per hour for 21+ year olds.

You don't need experience to join our Activities Team. We'll provide the training and support required to ensure you're great at what you do.

Depending on the role requirements, the successful candidate may need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and be 18 years and over.
