At Invictus Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building and Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will play a critical part in the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Leadership: Provide leadership and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
- Contract Development: Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tender.
- Business Operations: Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract. Review and implement changes for more efficiency if required.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions so that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both company and subcontractors' activities and are regularly reviewed.
- Cost Reduction: Cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
- Team Collaboration: Working with the senior leadership team to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues.
- Financial Planning: Supporting the Technical Service Manager's with development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.
