As a Deputy Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the daily running operation of all departments, including Front of House, Back of House, and housekeeping teams. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure the successful operation of the hotel, while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Hotel Manager in their absence
  • Manage the Front of House, Back of House, and housekeeping teams
  • Ensure the hotel operates within budget and meets commercial targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous management experience in a hospitality or leisure environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
