Senior Psychological Therapist

Job Summary:
St Peter's Hospice is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Psychological Therapist to join their Psychological Therapies Team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with adults and children, providing individual and group therapy sessions in various settings, including the hospice, community, and remote locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality psychological therapy services to patients and clients, addressing their mental health needs and supporting them through challenging circumstances.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement services, ensuring a dynamic and responsive approach to meeting the needs of patients and clients.
- Contribute to the development of psychologically informed practice within the organization, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
- Work closely with volunteers and other team members to provide support and supervision, ensuring a cohesive and effective team environment.
Requirements:
- Qualification to work with adults and children.
- Experience of working in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging context, supporting patients and clients with complex mental health needs.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Band 7 equivalent, £45,864 (FTE).
