An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join Cranberry Panda's high-growth Beauty brand in London as they continue their global expansion.

The company is committed to investing in its affiliate programme, having achieved successful launches in key territories, making it an exciting time to join the team.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Netherlands and other EU markets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key affiliate publishers and creators in the Netherlands and other EU markets.
  • Approve and onboard affiliate partners to join the Netherlands programme.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop creator campaigns in the Netherlands and arrange gifting to content creators.
  • Identify and engage with new content creators to increase active partnerships.
  • Work with the design team to brief assets in Dutch for all relevant marketing collateral and sign off creative assets for affiliate partners.
  • Support the Coordinator with reporting and analysis.
  • Support the digital marketing team with translations for other performance channels.

About You

  • ESSENTIAL: You must be a Dutch native or fluent in Dutch.
  • Happy to consider graduates or candidates with +6 months experience in Digital Marketing.
  • An interest in Affiliate/Digital marketing (previous experience in Affiliates is a bonus).
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, retail environment.
  • Passion for the Beauty industry.
  • Motivated and career-driven.
