Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks to high specifications using MIG and TIG techniques
  • Work from drawings to fabricate sheet metal panels, tubing, frames, and supports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe working practices and meet quality control standards
  • Supervise small teams of welders and fabricators to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Order materials and manage inventory to support production needs
Requirements
  • Qualified to C&G or NVQ in Engineering, Sheet Metal Work, or Welding and Fabrication
  • Experience with CNC machinery, particularly Amada and Trumpf machines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer

Competitive pay rates, ranging from £15 to £17 per hour for experienced welders and fabricators, and £11.50 to £13 per hour for semi-skilled and trainee welders
