Job Summary:

Red Sky Personnel Careers is seeking a skilled PCV/PSV Engineer to join our team in the North West London area. Our client, a leading bus operator, requires an experienced professional to handle vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and servicing to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Identify and report vehicle faults and technical issues to the Technical Department.
• Prioritize work for the engineering department to meet service requirements and deadlines.
• Perform reactive maintenance and repairs using diagnostic equipment and techniques.
• Ensure vehicles comply with health and safety regulations by conducting maintenance and repair.
• Establish and maintain relationships with drivers and service controllers to ensure seamless service operation.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet high standards and tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of handling breakdowns, stocks, and spares, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ability to work to high standards independently and as part of a team.
• Resilience under pressure and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
