Sales Account Representative, Seller Recruitment Specialist

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Representative to join our Seller Recruitment team. As a Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and recruiting high-potential merchants to sell on Amazon's platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and recruit new merchants to Amazon's platform.
- Work closely with merchants to educate them on Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to manage their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to provide valuable insights to merchants.
- 4+ years of professional or military experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
