Position Overview:
Sellick Partnership is currently seeking a Supply Chain and Fleet Operations Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of remote and office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Property Repairs service in managing all contracts to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and implement contracts for various service delivery aspects, including negotiations for awards, renewals, and extensions.
- Ensure that all necessary contract documentation and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are established to support effective contract execution, including risk assessments and insurance requirements.
- Communicate essential contract-related information as needed.
- Engage with contractors regarding KPI performance, compliance, and quality, coordinating with the procurement team as necessary.
- Oversee major service contracts, such as those related to storage and transportation, ensuring regular communication to monitor service delivery and address any issues.
- Manage stock and supply chain operations to optimize efficiency and meet service delivery needs.
- Handle the procurement of materials not covered by main contracted agreements.
- Assist the Senior Management Team in effectively managing budgets, resources, and performance to achieve operational goals within established KPIs and targets.
Qualifications:
- Possess an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a business-related field or relevant experience in a similar role.
- A qualification in construction finance or procurement is preferred, or a willingness to pursue such qualifications.
