Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Returns Processing team as a Warehouse Operative. This is a part-time opportunity with a permanent contract possibility.

About the Role:

As a Returns Processing Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for processing customer returns, unpacking and verifying returned items, and inspecting them for damage or wear and tear. You will determine whether items can be resold in their current condition, need refurbishment, or must be marked as damaged goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer returns efficiently and accurately
  • Unpack and verify returned items
  • Inspect returned items for damage or wear and tear
  • Determine the condition of returned items and decide on their fate
  • Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality control
  • Perform other warehousing duties as needed to support the timely processing of customer returns

Requirements:

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Be able to get to the designated site for shift timings
  • Be able to stand for the duration of your shift
  • Be able to lift weights up to 10/15kg
  • Be able to prove your eligibility to work
