About the Role

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Tesco, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for delivering customer shopping trips, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer shopping trips in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure that the van and trays are clean and organized, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Load and unload merchandise, taking care to handle products with care.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
