LEAD ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN – ANDERSELITE
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a solid history of managing projects from design development to final execution.

As a vital member of our proficient technical team, you will be responsible for generating design and technical documentation utilizing Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with BIM Level 2 standards.

Your role will encompass leading projects, which includes effective communication with clients and contractors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects on behalf of clients, maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Supervise a small team while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Create and coordinate drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit, ideally adhering to BIM Level 2 standards.
  • Ensure the quality and coordination of drawing information, facilitating timely project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Technicians within the team.
  • Contribute to bid submissions as necessary.
