We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team at Woodford Group. As a Cost Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the cost of MEP projects and ensuring that our company remains competitive in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid the tendering process
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
- Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
- Build strong business relationships with clients and suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of basic estimating principles
- Familiarity with site drawing and ability to read plans
- Mechanical and Electrical construction experience preferred
