About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at GDTalent Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively prospect and engage with potential clients to build a pipeline of deals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for our training solutions
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with our product team to stay up-to-date on our training offerings and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the sales team on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, with a strong understanding of the training industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the UK market and a deep understanding of the needs of businesses in this region
