Overseeing a wide range of accounts, primarily in the property and leisure sectors, you will be responsible for leading all activities and developing and implementing integrated PR and marketing strategies to help the brands we work with achieve their most ambitious marketing goals and communication objectives.

The Role:

  • Developing and implementing PR and marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Managing a team, delegating work, and providing internal approvals to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Leading client meetings to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Campaign ideation and concept development to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Writing and distributing media releases to secure press coverage and build brand reputation.
  • Copywriting, including award submissions, marketing literature, and editorial pieces to showcase brand expertise.
  • Planning and writing digital content, such as blogs, web content, e-newsletters, and social media posts to engage target audiences.
  • Journalist targeting and relationship building with key media contacts to secure press coverage.
  • Pitching stories to publications and seeking proactive media opportunities to drive brand visibility.
  • Social media content creation to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
  • Email marketing to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Producing PR, marketing, and social media performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Reactive and proactive PR tactics to address brand reputation and crisis management.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital PR, marketing, and social media, as well as industry updates and topical agenda items.
  • Briefing in design and video work to our in-house Studio to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

The Successful Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience working in a B2C public relations or marketing account management role.
  • Property PR experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful PR campaigns and a deep understanding of marketing techniques.
