Key Responsibilities for the Business Performance and Transformation Lead:
- Assume complete responsibility for data analytics, performance metrics, and project execution.
- Facilitate collaborative initiatives aimed at driving transformational change across the organization as part of the Agility Programme.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the business operations and IT/Development Teams, Finance, and Business Development, acting as the Business Lead for Operations.
- Align with the organization's strategic goals, emphasizing performance enhancement, change management, digital system integration, innovative solutions, and service improvement.
- Spearhead project execution and process optimization, leveraging data insights to foster performance, growth, and organizational transformation.
Desired Qualifications for the Business Performance and Transformation Lead:
- A degree or equivalent experience is essential. Project management qualifications or relevant experience in project delivery are advantageous.
- Proven experience in delivering digital projects within a service-oriented business environment, alongside familiarity with commercial and operational settings. Knowledge of budgeting, business planning, performance analysis, and procurement processes is required.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics, particularly in relation to KPIs, research methodologies, and data collection across diverse teams.
- A commitment to high-quality work, meticulous attention to detail, and strong numerical proficiency.
- Experience in drafting and presenting reports to management, including performance evaluations.
- Background in Repairs & Maintenance, team planning, and DRS is beneficial. Operational and commercial experience is a significant advantage.
