Locum Practice Nurse Opportunity in Cambridgeshire

Job Summary:
MCG Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical team in a busy GP surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including health assessments, medication management, and wound care.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
