We are seeking an experienced business change leader to join our Transformation Team, a vital part of the Business Performance directorate within the International Education group. Our team consists of around 30 Project & Change Managers, Business Testing Experts, and Product Owners.

We provide a centralised hub for the standardised and risk-controlled delivery of change projects, that include:
- Developing technical solutions to business problems
About the Role:
This pivotal role requires you to shape and manage both technical and non-technical projects and change for International Education, understanding the complexity of our systems, processes, products, and customers. You will use your skills in programme, project and change management, business analysis, and improvement skills to deliver change for International Education.
Requirements:
- A thorough understanding of change and project management approaches and methodologies
- Confident leadership skills with creative problem-solving abilities
- A logical and analytical approach to solving business problems
- An adaptable and flexible approach
- Experience of working in both agile and waterfall project delivery teams
- Experience working on both technical and non-technical change projects
