Ground Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ground Operations Manager to join our team at Walks and Devour. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our ground tours in London.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide Management: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of our guide team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ground Operations: Oversee the coordination of ground operations, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics, to ensure seamless tour experiences for our customers.
- Market Performance: Collaborate with our Product and Operations Manager to meet market goals and objectives, including tracking and managing ground cash, ticket procurement, and distribution.
- Coordination Team Leadership: Directly manage our Coordinator team, delegating responsibilities, projects, and tasks to ensure optimal staffing and performance.
- 3+ years of experience in operations in tourism or a similar field.
- Excellent organizational skills, leadership skills, and people management skills.
- Professionally efficient in all forms of communication.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills and curiosity, with the ability to learn multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
