About the Role

We are seeking a highly polished and articulate individual to join our team as a Showroom Host at Toyota Grantham. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors, introducing them to the relevant staff and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Receive and direct inbound calls to the appropriate department, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Support the sales team with customer events and promotions, helping to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership.
