Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our products with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and submission of regulatory applications to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
  • Collect and organize regulatory requirements data to maintain a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory submissions to relevant authorities, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Monitor the regulatory authority review process to ensure compliance and identify potential issues.
  • Prioritize, plan, and monitor projects against timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and maintain compliance with local regulations.
  • Review and approve promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate and approve product artworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Track application status and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare for audits and inspections to ensure compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver regulatory outcomes and ensure compliance with processes and SOPs.
