Technical Director

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a skilled Technical Director to join our team and contribute to one of our projects on Unreal. As a Technical Director, you will play a crucial role in making key design, architecture, and implementation decisions in collaboration with the production team.
Key Responsibilities:- Steer and guide the technological ship for the project, and the teams involved;
- Make high-level design and architecture choices;
- Dictate technical standards, and guide the development team;
- Define the technological strategy with the development team;
- Assess the technical risks and mitigation plans;
- Select the appropriate technologies given the project's constraints;
- Harness others' technical expertise to get the best possible solutions;
- Interview candidates for technical positions;
- Work closely with other producers, directors, leads, and developers to support project and company strategies.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the gaming industry, demonstrating success in delivering game projects;
- Experience working with Unreal game engine;
- Experience working with Mobile games, especially on Android platform;
- In-depth knowledge of game development methodologies, design patterns, and industry best practices;
- Strong decision-making abilities to drive technical innovation;
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic gaming environment.
