Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team at Biffa, responsible for collecting and transporting reactive waste across our expanding customer base. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and transport reactive waste from various locations, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring timely delivery of waste and minimal disruption to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while remaining part of a larger team.
