Job Overview

Brett Martin is a well-established global entity, producing a diverse array of plastic and construction materials.

In light of ongoing expansion and investment, we are looking to hire several new Process Operators, offering the chance to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, utilizing cutting-edge machinery and tools.

Position Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:

Examine completed products for quality and compliance with customer requirements.

Conduct regular tests on samples to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.

Record and communicate any quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.

Safety and Regulations:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Always wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

Engage in safety training and contribute to maintaining a secure workplace.

Production Documentation:

Keep precise production logs, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any challenges faced.

Relay production information to supervisors and assist in evaluating production efficiency.

Process Enhancement:

Propose and implement enhancements to production workflows and processes.

Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

Workplace Organization:

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.

Make sure all tools and materials are properly stored.

Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to meet production targets.

Communicate with supervisors and other departments to address production challenges.

Training and Growth:

Engage in training sessions to remain informed about new procedures, equipment, and technologies.
