Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply various ML approaches to complex molecular and clinical data for biomarker discovery.
  • Develop and implement AI/ML solutions to support clinical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing workflows.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to support ML model development and deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply knowledge to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep-Learning (DL) methods.
  • Expertise in Bayesian statistical methods and bioinformatics pipelines for proteomics data analysis.
  • Experience in regulated environments and proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Strong foundation in traditional statistical methods and expert knowledge of ML methodologies.
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues in ML best-practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML, bioinformatics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in R, Python, or C++ programming languages.
  • Experience in source control and software lifecycle management.
