Global Project Management Director


We are looking for a proactive and seasoned Global Project Management Director to spearhead our initiatives and ensure the successful execution of international infrastructure projects.

As a vital member of the executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all project management functions, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, financial plans, and quality benchmarks.

Your background should include extensive global project management experience, particularly in civil engineering, infrastructure, or preferably within the water sector. You should have a proven track record of managing complex, high-value international projects at governmental or state levels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor project teams, offering guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Employ project management tools to strategize, implement, and track project progress.
  • Apply project management methodologies to secure project success.
  • Oversee project activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct analytical assessments to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Manage cost control initiatives to uphold project budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance product development efforts.
  • Ensure robust systems are established for effective project execution.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Demonstrated experience in team leadership and organizational management.

Experience in overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects or programs, ideally within the water sector.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in utilizing project management software for planning and monitoring.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members.

Proven expertise in budget management and cost control.

Analytical skills to support informed decision-making processes.

Familiarity with managing product development workflows.
