About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Privately Owned Business audit team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading multiple audit engagements from planning through to finalisation of reports in line with agreed timescales.

You will work closely with clients and be committed to providing an exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholder relationships at audited entities, working with senior level staff, and overseeing and developing staff.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Prior experience of working at an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager level.
  • Relevant Privately Owned Business/SME sector audit experience.
  • Up to date technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
  • Holds significant experience of leading external audits managing a portfolio of clients and leading audit teams.
  • Experience of managing, training, and coaching team members.
