BAM Construct & Ventures UK Ltd is seeking to hire a Static Facilities Engineer.
This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with an on-call schedule.

Your Responsibilities:
- Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance and completing necessary documentation and electronic reports.
- Addressing Reactive and emergency repair tasks and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Being available for on-call duties to provide comprehensive out-of-hours support to clients.
- Supporting team members as needed or as directed by the Account Manager.
- Ensuring all tasks are executed within the agreed contractual timelines.
- Supervising visiting subcontractors to ensure compliance with work standards and Health and Safety regulations.
- Maintaining a flexible approach to assist with other properties within the portfolio.
- Conducting all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Accurately completing all work-related documentation in a timely manner.
- Executing work safely and diligently.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as required based on capabilities.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications in HVAC and/or Electrical disciplines.
- C&G levels 1 & 2 in refrigeration, including F gas qualifications, and 18th Edition or Electrical test & inspection certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in HVAC and electrical maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting across various equipment, including air conditioning, air handling units, plumbing, ventilation, pumps, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power, and lighting (where applicable).
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA's), service targets, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Experience in a medical or hospital environment, with knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Possession of a clean driving license.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proactive mindset.
- Able to anticipate, diagnose, and repair faults.
- Capable of completing essential paperwork accurately and promptly.
