About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Branch Assistant to join our team at SBS – SBD. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our trade counters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
- Assist with health and safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Support the Branch Manager and team in achieving branch performance targets and provide cover in the branch when required.
- Be responsible for multi-drop deliveries and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services and provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- A full valid driving license is essential for this role.
- Previous experience in a driving role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly are also required.
- Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred, but not essential.
