We are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician - Roadside Specialist to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician - Roadside Specialist, you will be responsible for attending breakdowns, diagnosing issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend breakdowns and diagnose issues with vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- Work closely with the breakdown team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of breakdowns
- Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues
- Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics
Requirements:
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
- A customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving license
