We are partnering with a Local Authority in Exeter to support the appointment of a Senior User Researcher on a 6-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension at the client's discretion. To be considered, please submit your CV for immediate review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to the development of others.
  • Recruit participants for user research and schedule studies for products and services.
  • Design and lead user research activities across multiple or complex products and services.
  • Conduct user research to provide insights that inform the creation or iteration of Met Office products and services.
  • Lead the analysis and synthesis of user research findings using various methodologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
  • Right to work in the UK.
