Job Title: Mortgage Adviser

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Adviser to join our team at The New Homes Group. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our customers on their mortgage options, ensuring they find the right solution for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers' mortgage requirements
  • Offer tailored mortgage solutions and advice to customers
  • Work closely with our Adviser Support Teams to progress mortgage applications
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Strong desire to work in the Financial Services industry, particularly in mortgages and protection
  • Highly competent user of IT and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Full-time, permanent role with fantastic earning potential
