Location: Yorkshire, Humberside, and surrounding areas

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile HGV Technician to join our team at Sprint Recruitment Limited. As a Mobile HGV Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled servicing, inspections, and repairs on a fleet of HGVs and LCVs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out scheduled servicing, inspections, and repairs on HGVs and LCVs
  • Conduct MOT tests and regular safety inspections to maintain Goods Vehicle Operators Licence
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
  • Complete records and reports in accordance with statutory and administrative requirements
  • Liaise with colleagues, vehicle operatives, and managers to prioritize workload and organize replacement parts
  • Provide out-of-hours repairs and breakdown cover as required

Requirements:

  • Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ qualified HGV Technician
  • HGV Class 2 licence
  • Diagnostic experience is an advantage
  • Full UK Driving Licence
