Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in working on projects with a deep understanding of the full project life-cycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent business analysis skills, coupled with excellent techniques and ideally with some methodology.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse the structure of the business, integrating Marketing, Finance, and Education departments.
- Identify how the business uses technology and aligns it with identified requirements.
- Develop As-Is/To-Be process mapping and identify problems within the business using data modelling techniques and process flows.
- Run workshops and training sessions to ensure everyone understands the processes involved.
- Experience with Finance systems and integration in the education sector.
- Marketing and admissions background.
- Year-over-year management of enrolled children/existing pupils.
- Technology expertise in education and use of Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs).
- Change management expertise.
