Job Title: Powered Access Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Powered Access Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining powered access equipment, including cherry pickers, scissors lifts, forklifts, and other MEWPS.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance and servicing of powered access equipment, including regular inspections and repairs.
  2. Coordinating repairs and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
  3. Keeping accurate service and maintenance records, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  4. Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients.
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in powered access equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical background, with experience in the access, crane, forklift, or motor industry.
  • IPAF CAP training or equivalent, desirable but not essential.
  • UK driving licence, essential for mobile work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary, £40,000-£50,000.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00, with overtime available.
  • Company vehicle, laptop, fuel card, and mobile phone provided.
  • 28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, and a pension scheme.
