About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's prestigious Portman Court estate in Uckfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic support and housekeeping services to homeowners, including laundry and cleaning of apartments and communal areas.
  • Support in the Bistro or Restaurant during service times and provide lifestyle services to homeowners, such as chaperoning appointments and offering social support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high level of service and support to our homeowners.
Requirements
  • A caring personality and the ability to make a positive difference in people's lives.
  • Experience in a customer care or service role within a similar environment, such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, or domestic services.
