Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in full-time, long-term roles in secondary schools across West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with learning difficulties on a 1:1 basis
  • Work proactively to help students achieve their attainment levels
  • Encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
  • Help provide a safe environment for children to learn
  • Assist teachers with students' general learning and development
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in special needs and learning difficulties
  • Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with young people
  • Patient and empathetic
  • Reliable and committed to the school and students' improvement
  • Enthusiastic and engaging
  • Able to work alongside teachers and independently

Certifications and attendance to training courses for SEN are beneficial, as well as first-hand experience with SEN. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting students with special needs, we encourage you to apply.
