Compensation

Our Team Supervisor pay starts at £14.28 per hour, increasing to £15.41 for locations within the M25. Additional compensation may apply based on location and skill set.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new team members, with options available for those preferring fewer hours (as low as 12). We welcome your interest regardless of your preferred hours.

The schedule outlines the times we need you to be available for work. Your contracted hours will be arranged within these timeframes, and you will receive a three-week notice period regarding your exact shifts. We are committed to supporting flexibility for our team members, so if your availability closely aligns with our needs, we encourage you to reach out.

Our customers are central to our operations. A successful Team Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations and supporting the team. You will encounter various challenges as you manage the store from the sales floor, striving to enhance the experience for customers, colleagues, and the community every day.

As a Team Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating in a dynamic retail environment filled with diverse tasks
  • Taking charge of shift operations, coordinating the team to maintain a clean and well-stocked store that surpasses customer expectations
  • Engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring they leave satisfied
  • Identifying opportunities for service enhancement, including coaching team members and providing constructive feedback
  • Leading and supporting your colleagues in-store, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment
  • Maintaining awareness of store performance and assisting management in implementing improvements
  • Setting a positive example for your colleagues through your actions and leadership
